Video: Bob Lutz shows Jay Leno Via’s new plug-in hybrid pickup
Maximum Bob Lutz recently stopped by Jay Leno’s Garage with his latest venture, Via’s range extended plug-in hybrid pickup.
The Via pickup has a 4.3-liter GM-sourced V6 and takes 4 hours to charge at 220. On a full charge it gets roughly 100 mpg with a full range of 300 miles. Best part about it? You can run your power tools off it.
